Health Factory collects biological samples and orders laboratory tests from accredited laboratories.

Our services do not constitute medical advice. Test results should be discussed with a doctor.

Prices shown on the website are gross prices in pounds sterling (£).

A mandatory procedure fee of £25 is added to every test; it covers the blood draw and sample handling.

Payment is taken on site at the clinic, before the sample is collected.

Bookings are made through the online system. Appointments are available in 20-minute slots during clinic opening hours.

A booking confirmation with your booking number is sent to the email address you provide.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival may require rebooking.

Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours depending on the test. Results are sent electronically to the email address given at booking.

Results are released only to the patient or to a person they have authorised in writing.

The patient agrees to provide accurate details and to inform staff about their health, medication and any contraindications to a blood draw.

Health Factory is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate information or failure to follow test preparation guidance.
