Booking policy

Appointments are offered in 20-minute slots during clinic opening hours (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00).

Each slot can be booked only once. While you complete your booking the slot is held temporarily to prevent double bookings.

Once your booking is complete you receive an email with your booking number, date, time, test name and a cost summary including the £25 procedure fee.

Please report changes or cancellations by phone or email, ideally at least 12 hours before your appointment.

Quoting your booking number speeds up the process.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may need to rebook you so that other patients are not delayed.

Payment for the test and the mandatory £25 procedure fee is taken on site, before the sample is collected.
