A simple, predictable path from choosing your test to receiving your results.

Choose a test
Browse the catalogue of panels, packages and single biomarkers. Not sure what to choose? Call us — we'll advise you.

Book a slot
Free slots every 20 minutes, Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking number.

Come for your blood draw
Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. The blood draw is performed by qualified staff — the whole visit takes about 20 minutes.

Get your results
Your sample goes to an accredited laboratory. You'll usually receive results with reference ranges within 24–72 hours.
Preparation
How to prepare for your test
- For most blood tests we recommend fasting (8–12 hours without food).
- You can and should drink water — staying hydrated makes the blood draw easier.
- Hormonal tests are best done in the morning.
- Women: for hormonal panels, it's worth considering the day of your cycle.
- Let our staff know about any medications and supplements you're taking.
- Avoid intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours before your test.
