When you book we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the chosen test and the date and time of your appointment. Any notes you add are stored as well.

To deliver the test we also process health data (laboratory results), which is a special category of personal data.

We never sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing profiling without your consent.

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to settle the service and defend against claims. Test documentation is retained in line with applicable medical records legislation.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the ICO in the United Kingdom).
